This Chelsea Bar Bracelet is a great example of a piece of jewellery to buy and keep for a special present. You could have it engraved for a special Birthday or anniversary, or in my case, just keep it.

Seeing the line up for Coachella being announced has got me dreaming of Californian Summers and all the fabulous jewellery to go with it. I don’t know about anyone else but I’m already thinking about my next holiday and Hipanema is the perfect accessory, I love to pile my bracelets up, but if I’m on holiday or at a big event I love the ease of one big statement cuff with the appearance of lots of layers.

Fabulous holiday destination; Dubai with Vic

My sister and I went to Dubai for a week to visit our friend; we had the most amazing holiday ever! It was lovely to lie around by the pool on the top of her apartment block and listen to the busy daily life of Dubai. We went to the biggest shopping mall ever, with an inside aquarium!

Holiday essentials:
– Sun tan lotion! (VERY HOT)
– Jewellery
– A good book to read by the pool
– Ipod
– Sunglasses

Highlights: Whilst having a meal, we were sat outside by a massive lake, and all of a sudden the fountains started and were in sync with lights and music! It was incredible to see, everyone just stopped and watched!

Top tips: My top tip for Dubai is take an extra suitcase, as the shops are out of this world! Lots and lots to purchase!!

Favourite outfit: My favourite outfit must be my flowery maxi dress from New Look! It’s so comfy to wear and very light, which is very helpful in Dubai with it being so hot day and night!

What was in your fabulous jewellery roll? I lived in my Lola Rose White bracelet; it went with everything and especially stood out with my tan!

Fabulous Holiday Destination; Alonissos with Rhian

Holiday Highlights: We went for two weeks which was absolute heaven and there were so many highlights. From seeing Dolphins off the ferry on the way to the Island, to a boat trip with our friend Costas where we saw Dolphins again! Our friends out there leant us a moped too so we got to see the whole island, there’s something very romantic about travelling around a Greek Island on the back of a bike with your boyfriend!

Top tips: Flights to Skiathos (you fly here and then get a ferry over to Alonissos) can be quite expensive during peak season, we went in June and got a bit of a bargain. If you like quiet Greek islands the earlier in the season you go the better, the beaches are quiet, the weather is fantastic and there are very few tourists.

Favourite outfit: For the day it has to be a white kaftan with red embroidery which was perfect for the boat trip we went on. For the evening, a white laser print dress, really bright and great with a tan!

In my fabulous jewellery roll: I took every bracelet I own. My Nomination bracelet with turquoise and hamsa hand, my Daisy alpha stack, Daisy chakra and Story bracelet and wore them all the time. I also picked up little friendship bracelets while I was away to add to my arm candy, they become mementos from the trip which is what I love about jewellery. Jamie is also partial to my Daisy chakra bracelet, I think it looks great on him.

Fabulous holiday destination; Lignano with Hannah

My boyfriend and I went to Italy for a short break in May. We hadn’t planned to go away this year but we found return flights for £25, an offer we couldn’t refuse! We went to a city called Trieste, which is on the boarder of Croatia, and then we travelled down to a beach resort called Lignano. We were really lucky with the weather and enjoyed cocktails in the sunshine.

– Cardigan for the evenings

Highlights: Discovering the beautiful resort of Lignano. We took a gamble visiting a place we had never heard of before but it turned out to be lovely.

Top tips:  We were the only English in Lignano as they don’t get many tourists from the UK, so I would definitely recommend an Italian translation book to anybody visiting!

Favourite outfit: We did a lot of travelling during the 5 days so my favourite outfit was a vest and shorts with comfy pumps!

What was in your fabulous jewellery roll? I wore my Nomination bracelet all the time whilst I was away as it’s an Italian designer. I spotted lots of the bracelets on both men and woman and couldn’t resist popping into the Nomination shops to look at the Italian charms!
